Q:  Do I have to have an electronic device plugged into the RRL for the light to work?

A:  No.  The RRL is activated by sound only. The alerting device just needs to be in the close vicinity of the RRL for the light to work.

Q:  Can I program the timer myself?

A:  No.  Programming must be done at the factory.

Q:  What is the default setting of the timer?

A:  90 seconds.  You may request a different setting when ordering.

Q:  What if the universal adaptors sent with the RRL do not fit my charger.

A:  Just simply set the electronic alerting device in the vicinity of the RRL.

Q:  My department uses cell phones to alert us of an emergency.  Will the RRL work with cell phones?

A:  Yes.  Every cell phone has certain ring tones that will activate the RRL.
